Lenovo made some interesting changes to its Ideapad names in this year. In past Lenovo was playing with the serial numbers, but after the effects of last year’s Ideapad gaming machines, now they have introduce the Flex, Slim and Creator series.
Now we are going to discuss about a creative and interesting laptop that is Ideapad Creator 5(15). Now Lenovo is trying to do the same with its IdeaPad creator just like the other manufacturers in releasing some intriguing notebooks.
The base of Ideapad Gaming 3 is used for the Lenovo Ideapad Creator 5, which is looks good. Means that the both machines have the same shape, weight of 2.20 kg and measurement 24.9 mm are almost identical. The material used to make Ideapad Creator 5 is plastic of great color “Dark Moss”. Fortunately, the chassis is really resistant to bending.
Anyway that can’t be said for cover. It open easily with one hand, the main thing is noticeable that it folds like cheese. However, the budget works. When you open the cover you become able to see that the camera is positioned in its traditional position which is just above the screen, and it’s topped off with a hardware shutter.
And here’s the keyboard under the screen. Overall, it is great unit and very comfortable in typing, with sleek key moves and clickable with calm feedback. It includes a number pad section with a set of large arrow keys. Again sleek keyboard has a backlight with a few brightness options and it is totally without any complaints. After the keyboard there is an astonishing touch pad. Although touch pad has a good tracking and it is at a drag point.
